Peel aloe vera and put pulp into blender with peeled banana and peach. 2. Add in cold water, honey and ice cubes. Blend.3. Add milk and mix further. ServeNutritional factsAloe vera (cold nature) suits all body constitutions. However pregnant women, children and people with weak stomachs should abstain from it.Contains Vitamind B6, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, various plant compounds, enzymes and glycoproteins. Remove the stems of strawberries and peel both banana and pineapple. Cut all fruits into small pieces. Put them into the blender and add yogurt and ice cubes. Cover and blend well.2. Peel pineapple and cut into chunks.2. Put all fruit ingredients into the blender. Add cold water and ice cubes, cover and blend well.3. Add yogurt and mix further. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp. Cut the mango and lemon and then remove peel. Remove the peel of the small cucumber.2. Put the above ingredients along with 300ml of cold water, ice cubes and honey, into the blender. Cover and blend well.3. Add remaining cold water and mix further.
