Can Us Applicance Be Used In Singapore?

I'm thinking of getting a handheld vacuumfrom Amazon

but not sure if it will work in Singapore? Anyone knows?

correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's step-down transformer (Our voltage is 230V to be step downed to 110v to suit the US appliance).

ya. U are right.

I make a mistake.

Just check with my HW engineer. Should be step down

he say to be ensure, make sure label says: 110V to 240V

look at the label on the equipment. if it says 110-240. then no need for transformer. if its 110V only. then u need a transformer. and u need to know the current rating of the equipment. if its say 3A. try to get a 5A transformer at least. if no current rating. see the power rating. transformers come with power rating also
