Kumikotamago 1 Report post Posted July 8, 2011 (edited) that is such a transformation.love your kitchen aka dining area. looks like those at IKEA! those hiccups really worth it after looking at the end product. :sport-smiley-003: so whats ya total renovation damage (minus furniture all that)?hahaha~~~ thanks a lot~~ yup! at least nw we enjoy very much~we didn't really total all the cost~- 1st contractor for wet works and hacking $15K- whole house false ceiling $3304- whole house tiles $6191.73- glass door and mirror $4296.01- electrician $1200 ( actually should be $3000, but bec he always not coming, so my husband jus ask him no need to come after, so we just paid him $1200, then else works done by my husband, so we just buy thouse materials and fix by himself)- Choo Chiang Electrical material $1140.53- Both toilets accessories(toilet bowl,rain shower, mixer, toilet paper holder etc) $4977.27- Both kitchen's basin $920.41- We find another plumber to finish the work that previous contractor left behind $400- Carpentry work + whole house skirting + island $19255- Air Con system 4 Mitsubishi $4630- Electrolux hob & hood + Electrolux Inspiro Oven + Samsung steam microwave $4900- Ask my false ceiling workers come back to help us touch up our wall $650- paint whole house $1600Include wet works, tiles, electric, paint, carpentry, air con, toilet accessories, false ceiling, glass and mirror is about $68464.95but not include the furnitures, decoration, sofa, all the crystal lights and downlights~ Edited July 8, 2011 by Kumikotamago Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

If want, i have a good good lobang for you~ My whole house lights all get from that shop, and i recommended RT friends to go last time too~ And they quite satisfied the price.My Dining area AKA Dry Kitchen's crystal light, jus cost me RM520 and RM 31 each for downlights(include casing and 2 philips PLC) this downlight no need balast, so ll not so hot.U can see the post about this shop in PG4.BLE ( Best Light Electrical Sdn. My hse reno works are gonna start really soon,& I need to get some reliable contacts, hope u can PM whatever's worth mentioning, thanks! I m changing d layout of d kitchen a fair bit too, doing hacking/erecting walls.Ur hse looks just perfect,may I know if there's anything abt it u wld have done differently? btw those concealed pipings (is rainshower also part of it), any idea if need to hack off nxt time u sell the hse?
