Actually we got our house since September 2009. We move in to our new house and stay with the ex owner until November because we agree them to extend as they haven't got their new house. After that we busy for our wedding, that's why our renovation drag until now.

After our big day, we start to find some designer to help us, but their price is really too high for us and some of them have too many hidden cost. So we decided to design by ourself. Finally we able to found a contractor. his name is Jeffrey.

Our first design theme actually is Modern Contemporary but now we change to Modern Resort Style. Because we hope that we can feel very relax at our own space.

Our renovation going to start soon, i will try to post the photos and details as much as i can~ And i hope you guys can give us your precious opinions. Thanks a lot

This is our original floor plan. Our house is at the bukit panjang area, 122 SQM, point block.

After we discuss and discuss, re design and re draw don't know how many times. Finally our conclusion is this

This is what we plan for our Light point, SCV. Telephone Point, Power Point and Data Point. Will this too much for light point? Any suggestions? We plan to get the LED down light.

After we design, we found a carpenter Mr Yong and tell him what we want and roughly draw a picture for him. After 2-3 weeks, he came back all this picture to me, which is i'm quite surprise, because we didn't expect this.

26th June 2010 Saturday, We went to 994 Bendemeer Road 的 Genova to see the kitchen and toilet accessories. We didn't take any order from Genova yet. Will do more research first.

Do you guy have any recommendation shop for toilet bowl? We have choose a toilet bowl at Hupfari, but i still not very satisfied with it~ Please help me~~~ hahaha....
