some hiccups along the way but service recovery was well executed.

hi everyone,

i tried to post previously but din know where my post went.

i went to the expo last weekend and was looking at some IDs.

came across Dyel Design and the person was quite friendly in their customer service.

try searching for this ID here but no much review.

anyone has any review on them? thanx in advance (^_^)
