Any Reliable And Good Contractor For Toilet & Electrical Works?

I'm planning of overlay 2 of my toilets and replacing the toilet bowls and basins at the same time. Anybody has any good contractor to recommend?

At the meanwhile, planning of replace my 2 existing water heater, and will need contractor to install for me (already bought the water heaters myself). Does anyone know any reliable electrical contractor my water heater installation + a few new power point + kitchen wiring relocation?
