ossify 1 Report post Posted July 13, 2010 Is this the usual stuff you'll propose to your client? My ID did not plan all these leh.... Just say to meet up and discuss with plumber, electrician and air con man if you're getting me to be the contractor, this is how i coordinate. different ID/contractors coordinate differently i guess my aim is to prevent things such as the following from happening some things are preventable with just a bit of preemptive planning i always thought an ID would be able to recommend the plumbing/electrical/aircon routes. otherwise, why get ID? Can ask u common room bed head must be same direction as sofa facing? whatever you prefer bro

Seems like my ID is not very proactive type leh. Everything wait till meet the sub-con then discuss on the spot lor. That's pict is from Lilithfiend's blog right?? well, i guess that's why this forum is great! you can get (usually) unbiased opinions of most ID/contractor. i guess that's why many ID/contractor also come to this forum to promote their services, whether directly or via an alias. but with careful reading, you can discern who are the real houseowners anyway, yesterday most of the stuff were hacked. as the floor tiles are in rather good condition, owner took the option of overlaying at a discount of $500. living room skirting hacked, tiles outside storeroom hacked storeroom doorframe and door hacked kitchen cabinets, concrete sink support and wall tiles hacked common bathroom wall tiles, wc, basin hacked
ossify 1 Report post Posted July 14, 2010 (edited) More hacked areas and delivery of tiles and materials today Zoom in on the kitchen fat pipes area and the rubbish chute (to be boxed up and replaced respectively) MBR toilet hacked (a lot of planning here to be done as aircon drainage will be here) Today marks the delivery of the tiles and materials. It's so exciting to see all these stacked neatly Tiles neatly stacked up Materials neatly stacked up Edited July 14, 2010 by ossify
