famasutika 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2010 I'm planning of buying new water heaters for my unit. May I know whether I'll need to get water heater with built-in pump features or merely the normal water heater will do? Not sure how the water pressure will be look like for HDB in Singapore. Is it good?
brclarke 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2010 Heat pump water heater systems typically have higher initial costs than conventional storage water heaters. However, they have lower operating costs, which can offset their higher purchase and installation prices. Before buying a heat pump water heating system, you also need to consider the following: * Size and first hour rating * Fuel type and availability * Energy efficiency (energy factor) * Overall costs. c4ble 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2011 Hi Spikey,I know this is very late. But just for record purposes, heat pump water heater are like your storage water heater and comes with 1/2" or 3/4" connections. Water pressure is dependant on the main PUB pressure supplying to the house.Regards,Michael
