can go to tanjong katong complex, #01-05. not sure what is the shop name. look for alex. they have automated blinds and curtains with remote control. not sure how much - i didnt ask.

Goodrich does it as well (though it's by an outside contractor). I forgot the price as I was enquiring a couple of months ago.

I also asked a shop in Toa Payoh Central when I happened to pass by. Think they quoted the price of motor (only) $1000+, which I recall was more expensive than the Goodrich price.
