You basically have 4 options to seal your floor, I'll put it layman. 1 is to seal with quicseal 104, polished finishing. 2 is to seal with quicseal 107, matt finishing. 3 is to seal with epoxy, whatever desired colour and finshing. 4 is to seal and stain with desired colour. Do a quick search on each of these to weigh their pros and cons. Personally, I would choose epoxy(transparent matt) for industrial and high traffic conditions. Experienced contractor would lay concrete and let it dry for at least 7 days, buff and apply epoxy on cleaned concrete. If below 7 days, water may condense between floor and epoxy, which will allow epoxy to peel like your face mask. Or quicseal 104 for your preferred smooth polished surface.
