Hi,

I have recently got my new 3-room house keys and request for a quotation, can advice me if it's too pricey if it cost $22,000 including lightings. I need to price in my home appliances like aircon, fridge etc.

Masonry Works

1. Supply & lay 600mm x 600mm homogeneous flooring c/w skirting, living, dining, passageway & 2 bedrooms area

2. Supply & construct kitchen cabinet base in tiles finish

3. Supply & construct washing machine base in tiles finish

Ceiling works

1. Supply & install ceiling L-box or light holder with design ****, dining, foyer & passageway area

2. Supply & construct partition wall with paint

Plumbing works

1. extend s/steel piping for kitchen sink & washing machine new position

2. lay concealed drainage pipe for kitchen sink & washer

3. installation of 2 nos instant heater for both bathrooms

4. installation of 2 sets bathroom accessories

5. installation of 1 set kitchen sink & tap

6. installation of 1 set wash basin & tap for master bathroom

Aluminium works

1. supply & install normal aluminium sliding window grilles for whole unit

2. supply & install 2 nos aluminium powder coated bi-fold doors c/w acrylic panel for both bathroom

3. supply & install normal aluminium frame c/w clear glass sliding window for service yard area

Glass works

1. supply and install 1 no tempered clear glass sliding door c/w aluminium track at kitchen entrance

2. supply & install 1 no 10mm tempered clear glass shower screen c/w swing door for master bathroom

Miscellaneous works

1. supply materials & labour to paint whole house ceiling & wall using ICI emulsion paint

2. supply materials & labour to paint whole house gate, door, door frame, pipe & etc using ICI gloss paint

3. supply materials & labour to lay cardboard protection at affected area

4. Acid washing for whole house to remove stains

5. General cleaning for whole house upon completion

1. supply & install 2 nos solid designer door c/w lock for 2 bedrooms
