Hi

Just bought one and after installing, water could not drain out. Ask technician to come down and he mention washing machine base not flat. Weird thing is suggest to put 2 piece of tiles on the back of washing machine support

Is this the right way? Anyone can provide some info?

sorry I dun really know how to help but perhaps you could try seeing w naked eye or measure e base on 1 end vs e other end to see if it's really level. if true, means yr contractor din do a good job.
