Cement Structure For Bottom Cabinets And Sink

I'm going to renovate my kitchen and thinking of replacing the sink and bottom cabinets(wood structure) with cement structure and possibly granite top. Appreciate if you could share any contractor contacts. Am on a budget and hope to find a reliable contractor with reasonable pricing. Thanks.
