chocolatecoke 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2010 Dear all, i went to the simmons shop at paragon to look for the heavenly bed as ordering it from the states would cost me about $4000 inclusive of shipping and the spring box and i thought that without shipping, i might get it cheaper. however, went down to the store at paragon and the sales person advised me that the mattress which is similiar to the heavenly bed and the one which the marina bay sands hotel is using costs $4000 ++ without the springbox. with the springbox in will be close to 6k. then i went down to sungei kadut yesterday and saw a simmons store there too. its a different range , the classic range and the price after discount is 3500. could not find the one i saw at paragon. now, i am really confused with where i should get the mattress from and why there are so many diff types of them around. can anyone advise please? Hi, My advise would be to buy the bed that you feel most comfortable sleep on and not so much no the models... Take you time to lay on and feel the bed.. The coils technology and whatever are secondary Regards, Ken
wj888 0 Report post Posted September 15, 2010 I just bought the Sealy Marina Bay Sands Queen size bed . It's currently selling at $2888 with 2 pillow and 100% quilt thrown in. I find it's the type I liked.. Not too hard, not too soft.. I think it's what most people would term Medium hard.

I tasted a Sealy luxemburg @ Centrepoint, the top layer feels quite luxurious & soft.. The salesperson showed me a sales invoice to fr Marina Bay Sands & Venetian hotel. Izzit the same model we're talking about? Price wise is 3k though.
