bishop 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2010 I would like to find out is it common for electrician to install Dinning light without the dinning table physically in the house? How many of you actually does that?? Or did you wait till the delivery of the dinning table then you ask the electrician to install the light? Does your ID allow moving in of the Dinning table before the handover??

Does your ID allow moving in of the Dinning table before the handover?? Yup. It's pretty common. You wouldn't want your table/furniture to be damaged during the reno right? Mine was installed without the table. What you need to know, however, is the location of the center of your table. So that the light will be right in the center of the table when your table is in. A bit of estimation i guess.
