Which Hdb Room Type Is The Most People Buying Now?

Hi, everyone.

Anyone know what is the most wanted HDB flat type in current market now be it resale & New from HDB.

Please help to cast yr vote and possible post an answer to yr vote. Thank you in advance as the vote is just for my own reference only.

My vote is 3rm because now more couple do not want to have child or most only with 1 child.

It's hard to generalise which type of unit will be the most wanted. Different families have different needs and budgets at different stages of life. E.g. young couples with kids may want to upgrade to bigger flat, while retired couples may want to downgrade to smaller flat.

Of course if budget permits, all of us will want a big big penthouse overlooking the beautiful sea haha!

i hope 5 yrs later i can stay in landed properties. Now I can't sell away hdb flat. I can't imagine how am i going to live in corridor hdb flat.

Wow, 3rm flat only got 2vote and I remember early last year 3rm flat is hot in the market...
