Whats a reasonable budget for curtains and blinds etc? 3k enough?

I am getting my condo next month and its 3bedrooms with a total of 3 areas need curtains and 5 areas on blinds.

Any different in materials from Europe vs Asia?? Apprreciate your feedback, I am totally lost.

i was quoted around 1.9k for 3 bedroom roller blind and balcony day and night curtain. but ultimately, it still depends on the material we choose
