Just changed mine 2 weeks ago by a very old company that is in roofing for over 50 years. Pretty good workmanship. When you get a quote from the roofers, have to make sure that it includes changing of the batten, insulation (fibreglass or bubblepack), flashing, valley gutters, and of course type of tiles... these can be hidden costs.

repair can be done lah. The price for changing roof and repairing is very different. My inlaw stay in their terrace for like 20 + years. never change roof before.

repaired for like maybe 3 times? not too bad lah.

Have not heard about Yang City. You may want to consider changing the whole roof rather than repairing it. Quite often, owners find that the roof continues to leak after the repairs.
