Just want to get a feel of the price my ID quoted. The reno is for an executive apartment with size around 143 sq m.

1) To demolish whole unit floor & wall tiles.

2) To dismantle all existing wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, all doors & frames.

3) To dismantle all basin & w.c. including all piping.

4) To demolish wall & create opening between kitchen & living area.

5) To remove all cornices.

6) To hack wall & remove windows at balcony area.

7) To supply sand & all haulage work.

8) Clearance of debris to government dumping ground

9) To cement smooth all damage area. - $3700

1) To supply & lay 2’ x 2’ polished homogenous flooring c/w skirting ****/dining/store area. $ 4,800.00

2) To supply & lay chengai wood strip flooring at balcony area. $ 2,800.00

3) To supply & lay matt homogenous floor tiles at kitchen/ service balcony area. $ 1,950.00

4) To supply & lay matt homogenous floor tiles at 02 toilets. $ 700.00

5) To supply & lay ceramic wall tiles (full Ht) at 02 toilets area. $ 2,200.00

6) To supply & lay ceramic wall tiles (full Ht) at kitchen area (except cabinet area). $ 600.00

d) A set of cutlery tray. $ 3,800.00 ( shld be less then $3500)

2) To supply and install L5900mm granite worktop. $ 2,200.00

3) To supply and install L2000mm granite worktop for counter top. $ 720.00

4) To supply and install L4500mm color tempered glass w/ wood backing between kitchen cabinets. $ 1,100.00 ( Ard $800)

Total cost = 77,110.00. Are the items reasonable? It excludes the electrical wiring, air-cons, lighting, fans and even the toilet accessories.

If it is too ex, anyone can tell me which are the items? Thanks a mil!

Hi juz to share my view based on the passed 2 quoted for mi n my bro hse.

hope it does help.

Anyway i believe the quote u get is from an id firm, usually there's a bit diff in price between a contarctor and id firm.

If u do interested u can try to get a quote from my contractor.
