Beside yr price don't seem to be cheaper then licensed contractor too. Anyway thanks for telling me too . Its ok...my price will not be cheaper than a licensed contractor just because I'm not license. There is a different in what I provided. Story like Ah Soon had taught everyone a lesson....Story like U & B had also taught everyone a lesson....U need to read more and understand more on what is the different between a licensed and non-licensed contractor. Couldn't agree more.. licensed contractors dun mean you're better protected if something goes wrong or there's disagreements.. Anyway thanks for telling me too . regardless of who you choose they all are not perfect. definitely will have mistakes, definitely will need rectification. qn is how fast is the rectification & what is the overall quality of service rendered. problem is you won't know until you go through it, by then its too late to regret & this forum has already given you a yardstick on some of the more popular choices of ID/contractors licensed vs non-licensed - i can understand your reservations, i had the same cheap & good - good luck with the search for the holy grail Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Dunno how it works but we were surprised to see that it looks like it's an entire whole piece and not pieces that look stuck together. The plumber came! Toilet accessories are all up! The common bathroom looks much nicer now! And our waterfall tap and matching sink in the master bath = worth every cent. Kitchen island sink's splash factor is super high though, and the water doesn't reach as far out as I would like it to. Think it's the design of the tap. Pretty but not practical. Yes Hubby has gone for a biz trip so unfortunately he hasn't replied u earlier. To me, looks like your water pressure is stronger than ours, so the diameter of the water flow is larger.. And probably something to do with the levelling like darkfear says too.. Yup yup.. Abit of water will collect under the tap, but shouldn't be a problem if u use the tap often.. My problem with it is very hard to gauge the on/off of the tap..
