Your id came to off light liao, but the main door was slightly ajar. so i help u to close.. ahahah your door always have this prob yup, my door need to turn the handle to close to close fully. Not sure if we are doing this right - but for us, we prefer to have early HO, move in first, then look out for the smaller defect issues. Rather than keep pointing out little issues, and keep postponing HO ... For me, tomolo is the so called "HO" but does not mean i'm paying the last 5% yet. surely got things need to rectify one. so slowly slowly do till i satisfied lo. like wat froggy said, if keep rectifying then HO, then my furnitures and electrical appliances will not have a chance to be delivered le. i just threw my mop away too... only used for 5 times and almost all the "hair" dropped liao... i tink i get myself at least 2 mops. haha.. LOL... heng i got 2 mops too, so just changed to the other one when the 1st mop suffered severe "hair loss" with regards to HO... actually we already moved in and stayed in the new place b4 the official "HO" i.e. final payment.
