Do they have to wait for 5years before can sell ? 2. Who has the right to live in the property (both party willingto pay for mortgage) ? 3. muffin 2 Report post Posted July 19, 2010 the flat will be return to HDB and after that divide accordingly to individual after the documents has been process.
