It costs about $23k w/o the laminates, window grills+gates, false ceiling & my tv console.

during our stay, we got ourselves a study-table in the utility-room.

We wanted something that could fit our books and accomodate laptop/ printer

stuffs as well as a studying area.

Eventually Esther from Closetrobe provided us a solution;

The extended study area.

The extended study table was retracted back.

At the same time, the budget fitted a sliding door that we could use as a storage-room

well, the downlights (located at the bedrest) for my mbr is for double-up as "bedside lamp". Frankly, the 2 3W-LED downlight is not enough if you wanna to illumate the whole bedroom.

As my earlier blog suggest, the LED downlight gives a narrow beam lighting (picture spotlight w/o heat) should you want to floodlights, go for the PLC downlights instead.

My bedroom fanlight is one Pair of 12W PLC E27 GE (said to give 700 lumens) bulb.

You wanna check the bulb holder that you are getting and you can mix & match accordingly.

For the Alpha V6 fan, it uses E27 bulbs, my living room uses a pair of 5W while bedroom a pair of 12W.

The extendable study table costs $300 per feet, so it bills up to be $1350.

It is actually a modular system of which Closetrobe customise it to fit our

function; we wanted a this study-table at the same time, a storage space

in the utility room.

So they created an empty partition for my storage, the modular unit (meant to

be inside) was taken out to be the study-table.

No need to be apologetic. On the contary pardon me for the late reply as

I don't visit this forum like last time. PM me should anyone have any quiries,

as it will trigger to my email.

I can't compare apple to apple with Ariston as this is my 1st and only storage

heater I ever own and use now. Nevertheless, I read reviews that Ariston from

one of the thread that the heat retention is not good.

I've shared that I ever powered up my heater and the water is still hot the

following day.

I purchased all my bath stuffs from AOS building materials,

good customer service I must say.

Look for Mr Sunny.

Yup, m100ky's address is correct.

I was earlier eyeing on Baron's W.C, however AOS have some package deals and got the Magnum 6002 instead.

The W.C function as expected, even the half-flush is effective for 'big business'.

one thing i learnt from the forum that You shouldn't pick those little ticks for W.C.

The slow-closing feature for the toilet seat has failed already though, almost coming to 2yrs of use.

Have previously shared about Magnum water heater. Fantastic.

takes some 5-10mins to heat up the 30L heater.

I believe i have previously reviewed AOS.

One lasting impression is their customer service.

I've previously ordered a A.O Smith cylindrical heater, turn out it couldn't fit my bathroom, I had them

brought back the heater and so I downsize to a 15Litre. After some consultation, i changed my mind and

they recommended me to this current squarish Magnum heater.

On a similar note, i had the mirror cabinet changed as well due to some blemishes.

No questions asked.

Mattress shopping can be quite tricky, Robinsons, mattress company would normally flood the newspaper with sales advertisement over the weekend, and tell you that this promo is vaild on till <b>this</b> Sunday.

Don't buy their crap, walk away if they try to hard-sell.

Ask for free pillows/ bolsters/ mattress-protector. The sales man can usually give to you free.

Do remember to bring along your partner for the mattress shopping; lie on the bed, toss around for 5-10mins.

Was told by one of the sales person Side-sleepers should go for a softer bed, i.e with better comfort-layers.

<i>(note especially if you are buying odd-size beds/ mattress; ie european size/ US size, as the regular bedsheet/ mattress protector/ bed frames may not fit)</i>
