Very unpleasant encounter with ST.LOUIS IMM!

heard from many ppl abt their shop too.. what happened?

这间店的确烂透了

连里面的一位长发的售货员的服务超级无敌烂

my worst experince sales promoter with this store

the lady in black attire (long hair, smoke, carry LV bag) pastering us to place order immediately for a storage bed in order to get a better deal when we try to ask for the dimension of the storage

she keep asking us to make decision on the spot, we (the shop) can tailor to our needs, when she heard that our unit only ready by year end, she seems not to be very happy

she requested us to produce our floor planafter hearing that we dont have the floor, she seems unhappy. In the first place that unpolite sales assistanc is not an ID by profession so is there a need to show her the floor plan

she seems not to be very patience when we ask further questions

As a normal buyer, we will write down the bed frame dimension and also do comparison with other furniture shops

she didnt even both to provide us paper, so we only had to scribber the dimension onto the small little business card (given by that rude, unpolite sale assistance)

when we moved over to see some other bedframes, she keeps saying that she can lower the price if we think it is too expensive we began to get frustrated, she seems to be looking down at us not able to afford to pay for that bedframe

later she say she needs to go to the washroom, it seems to us that

"if you not buying, please don't ask so much, I (rude sale assistance) need to go to the washroom"

when she leave she didnt even bother to ask the other 2 assistance to assist us (no one was at the shop at that time)

when we check with the sales assistnace who is the lady boss of the shop, the assistant say the boss is a lady. One of them spoke softly to us, the rude sale assitance is not in good mood and dare not to reveal who she is

when the rude sale assitance she return from washroom, she sits on her showroom bed and talk to us who has ever encounter a sale assistance sitting on their showroom bed and talk to customer

WHAT A HORRIBLE SHOP & A HORRIBLE SALE ASSISTNACE

we are not the only one complaining

服務員很驕傲 連兩位女服務員也不敢透露哪位三八女人是誰

其中一位女服務員說哪位三八女今天脾氣不好

那有人脾氣不好那客人來出氣的呢

當我們進入是看到哪位三八 （長髮）女在罵其中一位女售貨員
