yuene 0 Report post Posted April 27, 2011 O.O Is it me or, there's no Tele in the house..Hi carisella,Yes, you're right, there is no TV in the house. I don't enjoy watching TV mostly--I've lived without watching TV since 2007 actually, and to be honest... I don't miss it! Maybe it's just me, but local programming is just too blase for my tastes, and I don't fancy the idea of paying >$100 for a bunch of programmes that I don't really have time to watch, so I did away with the TV at home.hello yuene!what time is the party on 14 may? I think i can only make it after 4pm.Hey january, it's from 6.30pm onwards! Details in your PM.PS marshmallow! I tried to send you an invite to the house party, but your PMs are full! PM me your email leh!
Jupiter Home 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2011 The Haus of YueneIt's been a long journey from the planning and conceptualisation of the renovation to the final product; in all, almost 3 years in the making. I've had loads of fun, and also had a learning journey--the first time is always the hardest, as they say.It was the housewarming party with my salsa friends yesterday, so this afternoon, I did the cleaning up, and decided to take some nice shots with my DSLR (up until now, every photo of the completed house has been an iPhone camera shot--not too flattering really..)Without further ado, pictures! From the entrance of the house:From the dining area:My dining area:My completed kitchen, with my oven <img src="http://www.renotalk.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wub.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wub.gif" /> :The other side of the kitchen (kinda messy):Congrats Yuene,At last, the 3 years of planning is worth every moment.3 years ago seems like last week only.Happy to hear that you've had a smooth renovation journey.Looks like edmund had done a good job again.
