Help - Crooked Main Door

Was informed by my ID that the main door is slightly misaligned to the wall (maybe its the other way around)

Now the tiles at the main door are slightly crooked with a 1" difference from left to right.

If we were to straighten the tiles, the entire house's floor tiles will be slanted.

What can i do?
