Thanks! :D There is no storeroom, so got to find ways to hide things. I think over time, the storage will still be insufficient if I accumulate too much junk. :P
i also got no storeroom cos i hacked it away. you can consider doing a store cabinet like me, i'll post up a pic of it in my t-blog. :) but my storage no need a lot of space cos only me & hubby living in the house.

Yeah I saw your shoe cabinet ... I will have that near the main door entrance ... a 5" half height ... behind that will be my tv console ... :D

I love your wardrobe ... black is my fav colour! :dribble:

i seldom see separate WC & bath. good idea to merge. :) even got urinal.

hehe, shoe cabinet very important to me. :P but i added an umbrella holder to it, so no need find place for it in future.

me chose black cos i wanted it to have nice dark cosy feeling, just short of a soft carpet to put inside. I used the EDL laminate - Piano Black for it. you can check out their range of laminates, but my carpenter says they are a bit more pricey.

btw, my store cabinet pic is up.

wow...first time i see house got urinal....

bedroom and living room already hacked? can save some $$. :)

looking forward to the transformation! :)

haha ... actually it's the first time i see a urinal in a hdb flat too! :P I guess the previous owners - aka old lady use wc and the old man can use the urinal, esp when he cannot control bladder :P

Yeah, quite happy that there are no walls between living room and bedroom 2 ... so now living room will look bigger :drunk:

The hse got antique feeling. Gu Ser Gu Xiang. Nice explanation of the urinal. :P

Nice 3d designs.

Thanks. Hopefully the revised 3d will be better.

The place is indeed very oriental ... with 4 ceiling fans mounted on every possible ceiling. :o

Thanks lilithfiend. My ID is more of a contractor with some ID knowledge I think. He is recommended by my property agent (one-stop shop service) :good:

My hacking permit was approved before the completion date. Got the seller to sign some idemnity form.

For the toilets pipes, it will be very similar to what Goobii has done. I got the idea from him ... :dribble:

your living room is so lonnnnggg!!

wah sounds like your permit approval didn't take too long.. i also wanted to reroute my pipes like what Goobii did. however, my hdb technical officer says it is illegal. i even spoke to the plumber who did Goobii's pipes, he sounded so unwilling to do it for me, told me he merely followed Goobii's contractor's instructions so I should speak to Goobii's contractor instead. It was a massive headache trying to get those pipes out of the way. So your contractor will be doing it for you?
