TIA! my common bath also have this problem. but the tiler actually installed another floor trap in the shower area to drain water away.. will take pics tml or friday after the tiling is done. now is all cement screed so cannot take photos. Which means you need at least 1 inch of drain pipe gradient (slope) for water to flow. Not forgeting the ping pong cover height. So, that a lot of height to raise Check the main trap if there is enough depth. Pipe cannot go below the water proof membrance also. By the way, mine was done since I hack the whole floor.
