Hi Everyone,

Need the advise from experts here...below is the final quotation from contractor. What do you think about the prices??

Renovation works are for the following :

1) Kitchen and service balcony wall and floor tiles.

2) Kitchen cabinet and breakfast table.

3) Overhaul for MBR Toilet.

4) Laminated flooring for MBR and 2 other bedrooms.

5) Laminate and platform at study room.

6) Aluminium grilles for 2 bedrooms and study room.

7) Whole house painting.

Its hard to find anyone who's willing to pay for GST in Renovations... 19k seems reasonable for your site...
