Hdb Upgraded Toilet Floor & Wall Can Remove Bef 3 Yrs ?

Hi all,

Just brought a resale flat with the toilet newly upgraded by HDB.

Am I allowed to remove the toilet wall & floor bef 3 year period

OR I can only do overlay ?

I understand that the for new HDB flat, there is HDB restriction from removing

the toilet floor and wall for period of 3 years. Can only do overlay.

Hi, I'm facing the same problem. The resale flat I bought has just undergone upgrading for the 2 toilets 1 year ago.

Can anyone tell me if I'm allowed to change the tiles? I can't overlay bcos I'm relocating the toilet's door.

Meanwhile, I will also verify with HDB.
