Ventilation Exhaust Fan Installation For Toilet ?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I would like to install 2 exhaust fans for the master and common toilets.

believe i have to rebuild the window and frame and install powerpoint.

Do let me know if you have any good recommend sevices provider.

Thanks

I've arranged to install 1 exhaust fans in my MBR. No need to rebuild the window and frame. The power will be tap from the bathroom light or water heater.

I am staying in HDB with louver windows, so they will remove the glass panel and fit a panel with fan to cover the windows area.

I see so basically with louver windows just need to remove a few slides of glass and mount in the panel. Assuming after the installtion the louver windows can still function as per normal.

Do you have the contact of the contractor (please PM me).

Thanks

It's very nicely done! :)

Can you help to take a picture of finished installation? I need it to show my ID how to do.

Does anyone know of KDK exhaust fan that has length and breath of 400mm or slightly bigger? The 12" type only has 350mm length and breath.

so big? is it necessary? you might want to check out industrial ones...

KDK fan is quite strong, 8inch is enough for most toilets le. Even my office toilet, 4 cubicles and 4 urinals also use a 8inch fan. so far we did not suffocate there. :)

My grandma has heart problem and she may die if there is a lack of oxygen. Hence, the ventilation and airflow have to be very good.

then open toilet windows and install wall fan instead.

toilet door don't do full height, leave a gap on top for ventiliation.
