sepultura 0 Report post Posted September 9, 2009 (edited) Got a question on the HDB permit - the contractor says it will be posted to you by HDB, is this correct? Anyway the fan installation didn't happen today - the contractor from central aluminium / Jasmine's company measured or cut the wrong hole size and today the glass cracked when trying to squeeze in the fan Got to call them to see what next.... Edit: Update, they fixed it. Edited September 14, 2009 by sepultura

BTW, the ventilation fan that's approve by HDB is the square one, not the round one (at least in my permit) .... though lots of people seems to install the round one. gimz63251073 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2010 Hi would like to check how do you secure the acrylic panel to the window frame as I have intention to try DIY. you can screw it onto the tiles, but u need to get a drill thats able to drill thru tiles without cracking the tiles. Dama.com.sg does customising. I did mine there, acrylic panel costs $46. (a large piece, as i covered up the whole window instead of screwing the panel on the aluminium frame. pebsb 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2010 hi, im also thinking of fixing a ventilation fan in my toilet. What is the ventilation powered? Is it battery op or requires electricity? If its electricity, Im worried that I have to run an electricity line to my toilet (mine is a post renovation improvement project).
