ene1010.tan 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2010 (edited) We finally got the keys to our new place though we purchased it a year ago. Had to bear with it due to the 1yr rental lease attached to it.. After all the hurdles and problems we had with the tenants, we can now start on our renovation plan. As this apt had been used for rented purpose(by prev. owner), the condition of the hse is pretty bad. Need to do quite a bit of reno with tight budget. To start with ,here is the floor plan Edited June 3, 2010 by ene1010.tan

ene1010.tan 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2010 Some updates over the weekend: 1. The hacking debris had been half cleared except for the torn-down wardrobes. 2. Concealed piping had been installed for the MBR, ceiling rainshower and concealed taps 3. Sand haulage over at the living room to prepare for tiling today. Was kind of upset when I went over to check the place on Sat. The workers forgot to close the windows on Friday and guess wat? It rained and now my parquet flooring was wet. Had to cleaned up myself before more water seep in.. Today the Electrician will be coming over to lay some of the wiring for the L box and false ceiling. I cant wait for my ID-in charge to be back from his holiday tomorrow. So much stuff to clarify with him.
