split84 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2012 I just got my seller to help me sign one in order for me to start Reno hacking immediately after my completion reason being as permit will take abt 4days to 1week according to my contractor for hacking down the wall.. Don't want any delay for my Reno work.. Even so the owner still ask us to produce a black and white to them saying that we will not start any Reno before completion and they are not liable for anything Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
split84 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2012 Hi everyone, would like to check if this idemnity form still exist or HDB change rules on the idemnity form? My ID told me that there is some changes on the rules therefore they need e actual owner to take over before we can apply.I'm not sure abt that as I just got an indemnity form submitted last week..
