ya, know what you mean .. me very scared of frozen moments too .. and don't feel comfortable to keep asking contractor bc don't want to appear to be chasing all the time, yet can't sleep peacefully without knowing what's to happen next ...

I will occasionally SMS him on updates, n normally he will reply within e same day. He dun have a black n white for schedule but he'll give me advanced notice on wat he is gonna do. At least now he told me wats gonna happen nxt wk. :D

what u mean consultation?

if you don't meet yr ID during reno, then how does she coordinate the work for you? Or do you have to talk to the different sub con directly?

froggy.. what tv size u getting?

most likely 46" for hall. Most salespeople recommend 40 or 42 given the distance we have, but hubby actually wanted 50", so we kind of settle for in between. what about u?

COnsultation meaning choosing laminates and stuff. thats the last i saw her. hahahah.. through hp and through schedule lo

so i more or less know whats happening.

Din talk much to the sub cons cos by the time i reach fernvale, all is done liao. if anything wrong, ask id to ask them to retify.

I even went on a trip during renovation...ahahahah

Mine also no schedule thou i saw her drafting out 1.

We kept asking her the wks to be done next. And reminding her the HO date. Also met her on site a few times to finalise things. That was her request from her to meet us. Once, we wasnt happy with something and she said she will go on site take a look and really met her there.

Froggy, if u see no action and pai seh to ask direct, can try asking like 'so is it doing so and so next?' Like that dun sound so intruding to ur contractor.
