Help Homogeneous Tiles In Living Room

help! i need help. i need solution. The homogeneous tiles (glossy shinny) in living room very oily. The more I using tile floor cleaning to clean, the more oily and sticky it is. How to remove oily stain. Will spring cleaning company help?

Is there any company provided such service (like cleaning floor)?

any advise what to use to clean?

What brand is your floor cleaner? Some have wax which is suppose to make it more glossy/oily/slick to look very impressive.

it's resale 3rm flat, cos previous owner using carpet in living room. I using NTUC tile cleaner (brown) bottle and deltto also no use.

may i know using what solvent to clean away oily and sticky floor.

where can i buy 5L chemical wash? where can i buy PYE KLEEN Stain Remover for Mosaic & Toilet.

Dean, sound like yr floor has a layer of thick wax. May need machine polishing to get rid the wax. Solvents can't help. May be you can try to test this: burn a knife till hot and rub the hot surface on the floor surface, quickly see got any "wax-like" residue.
