The more I using tile floor cleaning to clean, the more oily and sticky it is. How to remove oily stain. Will spring cleaning company help? I using NTUC tile cleaner (brown) bottle and deltto also no use. may i know using what solvent to clean away oily and sticky floor. where can i buy 5L chemical wash? where can i buy PYE KLEEN Stain Remover for Mosaic & Toilet. Dean, sound like yr floor has a layer of thick wax. May need machine polishing to get rid the wax. Solvents can't help. May be you can try to test this: burn a knife till hot and rub the hot surface on the floor surface, quickly see got any "wax-like" residue.
