I downgraded from EA to 4 rm....LOL...find that too big space and lazy to clean. aso not likely to move cos MIL is also staying in Anchorvale and we want to be near. I'm also at 30X....I've been seeing a big haulage container nearby recently....it could be yours BTW, ur kitchen layout, my MIL has a similar one just that I notice u hv 2 additional small windows, rite? my MIL did a L-shaped kitchen but u might hv to make do with no top cabinet for the small window side.
