I thought i should contribute here since i've gotten so much knowledge before i renovated my house. this is my floor plan. the most thorny part is the kitchen. as you can see it's triangular in shape??!! I am finding difficult to come out with kitchen layout too I have some ideas though (after talking to few ID/Contractors) will be finalising the layout and contractor by this week end. I downgraded from EA to 4 rm....LOL...find that too big space and lazy to clean. aso not likely to move cos MIL is also staying in Anchorvale and we want to be near. I'm also at 30X....I've been seeing a big haulage container nearby recently....it could be yours BTW, ur kitchen layout, my MIL has a similar one just that I notice u hv 2 additional small windows, rite? my MIL did a L-shaped kitchen but u might hv to make do with no top cabinet for the small window side.
