3d Perspective

Hello people....

Firstly, my nickname can be quite deceiving as i did not do any renovations before.

Just applied for punggol BTO and heard from my friend whom is getting his flat at punggol spring that he came across an ID firm (XX image) that gave them layout plan, 3d drawings and quotation with no obligations.... But heard from other people that they don't get any 3d drawings until they engaged that particular ID.

anybody has got an idea what's the standard practice ?
