st 12 not realy central leh... walk to mrt take > 20 mins leh

Hi calaislily, can you tell us what is the actual location cos even same estate but diff series will command diff COV.

COV today depend on many other factor apart from location/MRT/amenities/reno.......

You can look at HDB website to see what were the recent transactions and it also shows the previous quarter average COV pricing for the estate.
