Are there any good designer that offer space planning, 3D design layout services at reasonable rate? I intend to use my own contractor but need help on the overall concept planning. Thanks getting freelance 3D studio max designer for a view think market rate is 300 - 500 buck. some contractor or interior firm offer free 3D drawing but don't knw what software they use. my contractor give my 3D layout with 3D studio max.
