azman79 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2010 (edited) Shifting into our 5 Room BLK 141 Bedok Reservoir in July. 2nd appointment on 30 June. Paid quite a high COV for this unit but felt satisfied, not by the interior, but the amenities around it. Near mosque, market, schools, easy excess to PIE. Mom's place in Bedok South. In Laws in Haig Road. Not doing much reno but basically touching up in the kitchen area and living room. Quite messy as owners are packing for the shifting. The reason for choosing this unit is due to area quite rare to find sellers, more difficult as we are Malays and ratio quota for most blocks is full. So quite happy to find a Malay seller. Yah..when first time view the unit, I liked it alot. All like quite well maintained. Found out from owner, most of the time they sleep over at their private apartment. Hence, house well maintained.
