KITCHEN & SERVICE BALCONY

To construct cabinet base in matching tiles finishes (tiles by owner from HDB)

To construct washing machine base in matching tiles finishes (tiles by owner from HDB)

To fabricate and install top and bottom kitchen cabinet in laminate finishes with ABS trimming

*Blum soft close system drawers and doors

*internal color PVC

To install solid surface work top for bottom kitchen cabinets

To provide labor to install kitchen sink, cooker hood and hob

To install sliding windows at service balcony

*Black / Silver / Bronze frame with Clear glass

To install 1nos additional water point

LIVING / DINING ROOM

To fabricate 1nos full height shoe cabinet in laminate finishes (5ft) with BLUM hinges

*internal color PVC

To fabricate and install 1nos TV feature wall in laminate finishes with stainless steel inlays (5ft)

To fabricate and install 1nos suspended TV console in laminate finishes (5ft) with BLUM hinges

*internal color PVC

MBR & BEDROOM 3

To hack wall between MBR and Bedroom 3

To make good wall and floor due to hacking (floor tiles by owner from HDB)

To fabricate and install 1nos casement door wardrobe in laminate finishes in MBR (9FT)

*backing with laminate as well

*with BLUM system

To install 1nos casement door cabinet in Bedroom 3 (3FT)

*backing with laminate as well

*with BLUM system

MBR AND COMMON TOILET

To erect shower kerb in matching tiles finishes (tiles by owner from HDB) in MBR toilet

To fabricate and install glass shower screen in MBR toilet

To provide labor to install bidet sprayers for 2 toilets

To hack and remove 2nos existing basin

To provide labor to install 2nos new counter top basin

To fabricate and install 2nos vanity cabinet in laminate finishes (with BLUM system hinges)

To fabricate and install solid surface worktop for vanity cabinet for MBR vanity cabinet

To install new inlet / outlet piping for 2nos new basins

CEILING WORKS

To install false ceilling for living and dining area with side cove lighting

MISCELLANEOUS

To carry out painting for whole house

To carry out industrial cleaning for whole house

To provide haulage of debris and materials (including floor protection)

To provide labor to install accessories

To install window grilles for kitchen, service yard, living room and 3nos bedrooms

But the BS door open towards the kitchen.. Eats up some of the kitchen space.

tv will be our existing 40inch and installed on the wall beside br2. guess shd be alright.

ya, pretty longish living rm. decent size but the bedrms are small. hence we r hacking wall

to built wardrobe.

yes, it's opp joo chiat complex and it's a new one. bought during the bto in 2006 n some blocks

have taken the keys.

we chose the bs to open in kitchen as we thought dat the corridor shd look nicer.

we'll see how it goes when we move in.

no re-tiling. but there's laminate flooring for the bedrooms.

btw, sliding shower screen will trap dust and soap water...not very easy to clean also..

hmmm, i actually love $$$ more. but considering using taiwan or china made,

the value in blum is still there
