Looking For Slim Indoor Aircon

Reason is because my old single-split Daikin aircon (depth 19.5cm) is down & need to replace. But problem is my lighting box at ceiling where indoor unit is, has only 23cm depth gap. so cannot buy more than 20cm depth else have diffciulty in maintenance. Any one comes across a slim aircon? Sales ppl said nowaways all are thick for more efficient ai flow. Thanks!

Thanks for the great website - that LG Artcool is slim enough but it uses new R410 gas; mine is Rold 22 gas. Checked & surprised that LG does not have single split that uses R22. Will call them.

BTW does any of you know if I can use 18000 BTU to replace the old 24000 BTU one? anyway my dining/living room is not big, but am not sure abt piping size, etc. Thanks in advance!

How much BTU will depends on your floor area.
