forgotten 1 Report post Posted May 22, 2010 (edited) i need a room agent. can pass ur agent's contact no? is it difficult to find tenants? Paiseh my agent only does sales of properties. These rooms belong to her customers, who bought the house through her. That's why she's helping them to rent their rooms. Whether it's difficult will depends on the location, rental price and how open you are to the tenant's bargaining of conditions. My agent managed to rent out 1 master bedroom at Woodlands after the owner agreed to lower the rent to $600 for 2 ppl. Hope you find your tenant soon Edited May 22, 2010 by forgotten
