may i know using what to clean windows frame and glasses? windows got stained. is it possible to do white coating? or repairing windows? or changing all windows and grill? it cost at least $5k right?

I think window cleaner should be able to do the job. If your window frame turn yellowish (if that's what you meant by using white coating..), i think there's pretty much nothing you can do. Unless, you wanna paint it.
