Both sides. 1 year lease - owner pays half month rent as commission to agent & tenant pays half month rent as commission to agent 2 year lease - owner pays 1 month rent as commission to agent & tenant pays 1 month rent as commission to agent I bet you get good business since your house is in a good location.
