Not yet... still looking around. Will be meeting up with an ID from Citrus Box later though. So far we've met 2 IDs and 1 Contractor :-) Going to limit myself to 6 at most

Yupz.. furthermore, i think most of them do the same old designs... what i'm looking at is the price, workmanship and their reliability. Its scary to read our fellow forumers blogs about ID's from ****...

for ID/contractor, must check what kind of materials they using. all these can affect the cost of the reno.

Dun think u just find out the problem now rite. U shld know abt it long time ago b4 u committed it. Anyway hope u find ur Mr.Right = contractor/ID soon. =)

Not 3 more days liao.. its tomorrow! .. went to check the house yesterday.. it is in a bad condition.. crack, bad electrical sockets, cracked floor tiles.. dirty kitchen and not forgetting the dusts :s.. i guess i'll have to fork out a bit for the reno Pics of the hse check coming up let me upload first ;-)

Haven't took the pics of the place after i got the keys two days ago as it was already dark and we planned not to turn on the water n power till the 5th of June... And Yes.. i've got my keys ;-)
