is it required to hack away the marble flooring and lay 600x600 tiles?

Ya man, the marble tile i have are too lovely but ugly. I wish it is in a nicer colour other than green. Had enuff of "green" during army days. =)

For your bathroom tiles and wall tiles if the current condition is really that bad then change. that might save u quite a bit too.

Internal? u mean inside the cabinet? Most likely is white bah, quite standard. For concrete portion would be tiles.

I decided to go with Water Heater, Storage tank consume too much power.
