Yup, is quoted by an ID. Ya lor, I excepted they will mark up.

Beware of the quote, running cold pipe is 660, then for water heater? I think they going to add up one by one as you request. The furntiure mark up too high.

Hi Lucas, thx... Noted your point on the Cold piping, will double cfm wif ID. For the furniture, I agree wif the high mark up, $110/ft, outside standard is $90/ft for Kitchen, worse portion is the shoes Cabinet, $230/ft.

Kitchen I will try to reduce further.

Your quotation is reasonable, don't need to listen to others already....since u "click" with your ID, just let he/she earn a bit. Most importantly is, he/she is reliablity and trustworthy. Paying a bit extra to do your house swee swee is better than engaging someone who give u a lot problems later on cos his/her quote is cheaper.
